We all have habits, thoughts, ideas, beliefs, regrets, griefs and the like that should be released to make room for something that better serves us. The intent here is to create a ritual of some symbolic action that allows us to release what we need to release. There can be a generic release but we need to be careful of the game mind plays. We need to become specific in what we release and know why we need to release it. If we only do a generic release, mind convinces itself to hold onto things that should be released.

Paradoxically, if we do specific releases consulting our intuitive guidance on each release going into specific detail as to what needs to be done, eventually our intuitive guidance will give a generic path to follow that will allow us to open ourselves to let go of all that needs to be released. To go to a generic release first allows mind to follow the mind. In going into excruciating detail for each release, mind eventually understands there is an easier way to do this and it will let go and allow us to find that easier way.

Create a series of rituals and/or metatheaters which identify and addresses each of the areas of life, past habits, actions, memories and the like which we wish to release to move toward true creative  freedom. As each of the items are address in a way appropriate to the item, be open to intuitively knowing what can be done to achieve a generic release. It may take awhile but even the strongest and most stubborn minds eventually get tired and look for an easier way.
