If the fear persists after going through all the steps, exercises and information beginning with dealing with fear, it is recommended consideration be given to the fact the fear may be the journey. The fear can be the journey in two ways.

One way the fear can be there journey is the journey to remove a particular fear may be what our life is all about. For example, the journey we take to deal with a fear may provide tremendous insights about the human psyche or what it means to be a human being that can be used to help a large number of people. Many discoveries are made because an individual endured a particular type and kind of problem. Their insights then become the bases of some type of discovery.

The second way the fear can be the journey is the fear provides a response to life and an experience of life that could not be obtained in any other way. There may be particular types and kinds of experiences we incarnated to have for whatever reason we may have. Our fear may only the vehicle to get what we desire to experience.

If there is the feeling the fear is somehow related to the experiences we need to have, it is recommended there is a deeper exploration of the intention for our life. The intention for our life can then show us how to get rid of the fear or what other options may be possible but did not exist until we become willing to explore them. Now, in exploring the reason behind the fear, we may find a faster, easier and gentler way to achieve what we desire to experience.
