Creating a Single point focus

Implementing Creative Step/Guideline #10

Creative Step/Guideline #10

Background

Focus on the flow of energy

Create a single point focus

Let feeling measure what serves and doesn’t serve

Creative Step/Guideline #10 (Top): Alignment with this Creative Power and the creative process and holding the focus on the flow of energy that is manifesting what you desire to create is an ongoing and never-ending effort to both manifest and sustain your creation. Create a single point focus on what you intend and take continual inventory as to how you are making your choices and where you deny acting as necessary, admitting it and consulting your intuitive guidance to correct it. Learn to feel what thoughts, works, deeds, and memories serve or don’t serve your creative efforts.

Background (Top)

The world around us, as are we, is always changing. To bring a creation into the world is one thing. To maintain that creation is another. It is much like giving birth to a child and then nurturing that child to maturity. What you do to birth and then nurture a child is different. The concerns of parenting infant are much different than the concerns of child rearing. So too your creative effort. Bringing what you desire into the world is different than maintaining it and maintenance is an on going effort.

Here again, lock onto the feelings you wish to have as previously discussed in Creative Step/Guideline #2. Different conditions can give you the same, or essentially the same, internal feelings. So, as the world changes around you, you can move to recreate what you do to maintain what you desire to feel in the new environment.

Create a single point focus (Top)

Create a single point focus on what you intend and take continual inventory as to how you are making your choices and where you deny acting as necessary, admitting it and consulting your intuitive guidance to correct it.

The key to any creative effort is to hold a single point focus to create what one desires for the entire life of the creation. Your focus is what keeps a creation alive and functional. Otherwise it falls into disuse and things will return to their nature state for the environment at hand. However, you live in a world that makes constant demands on you other than what you desire to create. As a minimum your body gets tired, hungry and thirsty and you need to divert your attention to satisfy those needs or you will be unable to create what you desire. So you can expect to be routinely distracted from holding the focus on what you desire to create. To overcome this constant diversion of your attention and awareness, you must continually look to see how and why you are choosing what you do.

On the point of holding a single point focus for the duration of a creation it is important to remain focused and dance between what gives you life and what you want to create. Remember, you are here in physical creation to have a physical experience in one way or another for one reason or another, otherwise you would not be here. The Creative Power of the universe was focused and is focused on creating and sustaining your life. To sustain your life, you will have to nurture that life. Otherwise, you will lose it. Part of your creative effort should always be directed towards creating the life within your being if for no other reason than to have the full creative power available to you to create what you desire.

Let feeling measure what serves and doesn’t serve (Top)

Learn to feel what thoughts, works, deeds, and memories serve or don’t serve your creative efforts.

As you find situations and/or beliefs where you deny your truth, create a literal or symbolic way of acting in favor of your truth with the intention of calling back your power and not giving it away. There are only two things to which you should give your creative power. One is to maintain your life the way it needs to be maintained and not a s mind wants. Rather, it is to do what you need to do to keep life within your being. The other thing to which you should give your creative power is to what you desire to create with your life and in your life.

This may sound very self serving but it is not. Your life is interconnected with all other life on this planet. You communally participate in the air we breath, the water we drink and the food we eat. If you look to give what sustains and nourishes your life, you will find you need others in a variety of ways. You will be draw to protect the life in others and give them what they need if only to preserve your life. You will be drawn to nourish others for it is the only way you can ensure your own nourishment. But mind cannot tell you how to properly nourish another but your intuitive guidance can. In the same way there are things a mother intuitively knows about as to how to nourish her new born, there are things you know to do to nourish the life within yourself and the life of those who you need to sustain your life.

Use your intuitive guidance and the Creative Power within to guide you. In essence, the action for this step is a continual iteration and expansion of the previous nine steps as situations and creative endeavors arise that cause us to go deeper and more expansive into our creative powers.
