From the “The
Unfoldment of the Calling: The solution to the problem is
another story and resulted in the Laboratory Integration and
Prioritization System that did have the potential to adequately and
effectively fix the problem. The proof and the evidence was there.
But something unexpected was revealed in the process that no one
wanted to directly face. This issue is discussed in the discussion
on “The Essential Finding Within the Calling.”
The findings in responding to the calling “Who will protect my
children?” and acting to protect one of those “children” many things
were discovered. The Releasing Your Unlimited Creativity Technology
is an attempt to address many of these finds. However, there were
essential discoveries.
One discovery was the children to which the voice referred turned
out to refer to the playful
creative spirit that lies deep within each of us that animates
and sustains our life. It is the
source/Source of our creative power and ability. Although
similar to the traditional concept of spirit, it is much different

The second was that we each carry metaphorically within the source
of our being
symbolized in the heart, what can best be described as a unique
dream, or intention to do or achieve something with, or in, our
life. That is, we each carry a
dream within our heart or an intention for our life. It was
found that if one does not align consciously or subconsciously with
this dream/intention in some way one will never find an
inner satisfaction that will never run day no matter what one
does and how successful they appear to be in life. However, since
mind only knows the past, one cannot initially know this intention
or dream through mind. One will know it through feeling and what
mind interprets that feeling to be. As one gains the
minimum requisite experience in life, mind will more accurately
be able to understand this dream or intention in their mind.
The understanding which was accessed about creativity, the
creative process and human creativity went well beyond what
could be found anywhere including the professionals that made their
living teaching creativity and/or studying creativity, the myriad of
spiritual traditions which talk about an animating spirit, and the
motivational materials from psychological and/or educational studies
available about the unseen world and creativity. It is for this
reason the understanding was synthesized into the Releasing Your
Unlimited Creativity material. Nothing could be found anywhere that
effectively addressed the depth and breadth of what was observed.
Many of the pieces were available in one form or another. But the
pieces which were available were unassembled. The pieces were not
put together and assembled in a way that you could apply them to
your every day life and what you do in life and the workplace.
Relative to organizational creativity and the workplace, as a
manager, the author came to understand many of the technical issues
that surfaced had nothing to do with the technology. Rather they
ultimately arose form this creative spirit and how it was, or was
not, being protected. Many of the issues that arose ultimately
stemmed from the individuals acting to protect the creative spirit
within or respond to workplace events with response patterns
developed early in life to protect this creative spirit.. Most often
they utilized response patterns which had out lived their usefulness
years earlier. What was being done did not lead to either an
internal or external safety for there was a lack of understanding as
to what was really motivating one’s actions.
Exactly how one’s subconscious actions to protect this playful
creative spirit gets translated into unsafe workplace practices that
can threaten the public and environment is explainable. The
explanation to understand how protecting our creative requires more
space that available here but addressed within the Releasing Your
Unlimited Creativity Technology. What is provided on the
Releasing Your Unlimited Creativity web sites is the essential
understanding and an approach that you can use to learn how to
protect your creative spirit in a way that is “safe” for you and
others. Additionally, in doing so, you access the creativity you
need to create whatever you desire. What I also found was if this
creative spirit felt it was unsafe to express itself one’s
creativity and/or one’s life would suffer in one way or another.
When the author realized there was a creative spirit within each of
us he began to realize he was looking in the wrong direction to
solve the health and safety issues. The health and safety issue were
not necessarily a result of the technology. One could logically and
in often a very straight forward manner do what needed to be done to
address the technology. The issue was the creative spirit within key
individuals was not being consciously expressed. So it was finding a
way subconsciously to express itself to challenge itself. In doing
so, it was creating hazards for others. Rather than looking within
to explore the creative spirit, new requirements, rules and
regulations would be imposed from the outside which further stifled
the creative spirit and set one up for a different problem to
surface. The answer was not to impose new requirements but to create
awareness. He was forced to change his entire understanding as to
how he thought the world worked. He had to face an aspect within
each of our beings that we don’t even recognize as existing let
alone know how to properly use. The author came to understand there
was what only could be called a child that needed to be protected.
In looking at this awareness, something else arose. When an
individual learned to become aware of hazards in the work place and
how to protect their creative spirit as opposed to simply complying
with imposed requirements they would make the workplace and their
work practices safer for they learn to foresee problems. But more
importantly, there is an awareness that arises within about what
gives life and makes it safe for this creative spirit to unfold that
transcends any one environment. They would begin to see hazards as
they related to this creative spirit in other places in their lives
such as at home and in their recreational activities. Their whole
life would become safer. They would begin to transform their life
simply by looking to protect their creative spirit in a way that
served that spirit. Hence the need to hold one’s creativity sacred.
The author also realized that, in time, an individual who was aware
of their own creative spirit and nourished its needs, they could
begin to see any other individual had a similar desire and creative
spirit within their being. They would realized it too needed to be
protected, supported and nurtured. They would being to act in a way
that made it safe for both their own creative spirit and the
creative spirit of the other to unfold. In doing so, they made their
world and the world of others safer. That is where the real safety
lies. It is when an environment is created where it was safe for the
creative spirit within oneself and the other to both freely unfold
true to its nature. In that realization the author realized Creation
was magical enough to mold itself in a way that each individual was
capable of living true to what was in their heart and unfolding it
in Creation.
You can take what is said here about the creative spirit within our
being literally or figuratively and explain it however you wish. It
doesn’t matter. The effects are real and have tremendous impacts on
our life. It is call it a spirit because the average individual
seems to understand what a spirit does, or can do, and how to
harness a spirit more than they understand how to harness a flow
energy. Yet the two are equivalent ways to look at our creativity.
If this creative spirit within our being is not properly protected
you will create conditions that do not serve you. Alternatively
said, you will scatter your creative energy and be unable to focus
on what you desire to create or you will simply divert your energy
into actions that do not serve you. What you create can run the
spectrum from mild dissatisfaction with life to outright
accident and/or illness and in some extreme cases, death itself.
This creative spirit is what allows life to come forth within our
being and what gives us the passion and energy to engage life. There
is a
wisdom within this creative spirit and the dream it carries that
goes well beyond what mind is capable of understanding and fully
comprehending. The wisdom is about life and creating life. The
unfoldment of this spirit teaches and leads us into life. It seeks
life and desires to engage life. It is what allows us to create
a life worth living. This creative spirit flows from the source
of life with our being and, as such, as a minium it looks to sustain
life. In reality it looks to create life. It gives life. It leads us
on a path that is life giving for it leads us to the life which
gives us the experience we incarnated to have.
In this regard, there is a profound
healing ability within the release of this creative spirit. Our
body is the creation of this creative spirit and as such, this
creative spirit has the power to create the conditions of health or
illness that you experience in the body. The release and free flow
expression of this energy enthuses through our entire being. When it
does so, it has the power to heal at the deepest levels of our
being, fix a broken heart, empower one to courageously (or to some,
foolishly) step into life, to make and sustain life and to recreate
the life we have created.
Although this creative spirit within each of knows how to create
life and give life , we need to follow its lead to obtain that life.
To do that we must learn how to step out of mind or move beyond
mind. To the
mystic it is to transcend mind and the body. But there is
nothing to transcend but one’s own belief structure. In wondering
how this is possible, it needs to be realized that the seed which
unfolds into a tree or the fertilized egg that unfolds into a human
adult looks nothing like the final product. So too the creative
ability within our being. It looks nothing like the fruits of its
expression.
Most importantly what was found is that this creative spirit offers
each individual a unique and special path in life. This path will
encompasses a set of experiences that will cause an understanding
and awareness to arise within oneself. This understanding and
awareness leads to a calmness within their being and an inner
satisfaction which can be characterized as bliss or joy, that never
runs dry no matter what is happen in the external world. It can
provide this internal satisfaction, a bliss or joy, faster than mind
could ever conceive. It provides a peace, calmness and clarity
within one’s being as it unfolds.
Some experience this state as: a fulness of being; an expansion of
one’s being; an inner freedom; being full of life; a desire to
engage life; a passion for life; being in “the flow;” or simply in a
state of wonderment and “ah.” Wonderment at how and what Creation
really is and how it works such that one is in “ah.” That is, all
one can utter is “ah” at what they perceive. The author has been
there and experienced this state as a result of what he was to
discover and explored in this journey. All one can do having
experienced this state is to find a way to share with another what
one has found and/or create the space for another to experience it.
Exactly what you experience and how you will experience it when you
align with this spirit will be unique to you for you are a unique
entity. Yet it is not something we can create with mind. Rather we
have to create the space to stumble into it. It is the
Ultimate Accident.
The more you can surrender and align with it, the deeper you
experience what it has to offer. Paradoxically, the more passionate
you become because of being enthused by this energy, you
simultaneously move into a deeper and deeper calmness within your
being as a result of this passion. Some individuals spend years
meditating to obtain an internal calmness and clarity similar to
what is inherent within the unfolding of this creative spirit.
On the points of calmness and inner bliss and joy, most of us have
some idea of what a calmness within our being feels like. Most of us
have been agitated and know what it feels like to be in an inner
piece relative to our agitation. We all have probably observed an
agitated pool of water with ripples and a calm pool of water with no
ripples. Most of us have probably experienced the equivalent of
these two states within our being.
However, this inner satisfaction and bliss is something different.
It is not joy or pleasure as mind understands it. It is not joy,
pleasure or happiness in contrast to pain. One can be in a deep
inner bliss and inner satisfaction even when in pain. It is an
awareness that gives rise to an inner satisfaction and bliss because
it knows everything is fine the way it is, as it is. Yet in the
awareness that everything is okay, this creative spirit knows it has
the power to create something different and that better serves and
expresses what one has come to believe about themselves. As such,
one can continually recreate themselves and their world with a deep
inner satisfaction and calmness such that one never has to leave the
world or separate from it. This in turn, creates the possibility of,
and, is the heaven on earth that many of the mystics and mystical
literature talks about. One does not have to spend years meditating
to get there. They simply need to allow the creative spirit within
their being to freely unfold and in doing so, will almost
instantaneously be able to achieve such a state of being. It is
simply about freely and innocently surrendering to the flow of
energy within our own being that gives one the fulness of being and
gives us a passion for life and for living.
