In entering any creative endeavor
it must be remembered your are a unique consciousness of unlimited
creativity. It has created a puzzle to demonstrate to yourself the
depth and breath of your own creative powers. What works for another
will not necessarily work for you. There is nothing wrong with
starting a particular creative endeavor and abandoning it if it is
not working, but we must give it some time.
Brain research at the time of this writing was/is indicating it
takes about ten learning experiences for the brain to form permanent
synaptic patterns at the cellular level Evidence indicated that
unused patterns can dissolve over time. That is there is a
neuroplasticity to the brain and that it can reform itself.
Tradition teaching methods recommended that twenty-one days were
needed to from a new habit. Whether this information is eventually
proven to be right or wrong the evidence is that it takes time to
change patterns and time to see if a particular technique works.
Without clear guidance it is recommended to change a pattern in your
life you try any practice at least twenty-one days, or twenty one
times if it is not something you can do daily, to see if any effect
happens. However it must be noted that most life changing techniques
are slow processes. It takes years for an individual to access and
being to understand their true nature with these most of the methods
available. So it is recommended you don’t look for significant
changes in twenty-one days. Just look to see if you are becoming
more aware of your thoughts, how you think, what you believe, and
what you are perceiving and experiencing in the physical experiences
you have relative to what you desire to create.
In undertaking any practice, remember, if you are practicing a
particular technique because someone tells you to do it, it will not
have the emotional energy behind it because someone is telling you
to do it. In this regard, it is important to do what you feel so
that you can fuel and catalyze your efforts. It is recommended you
eat and digest what the provide you and let it arise from
within. If it doesn’t arise as your own, then go find something else
to do. Expect any technique you use to evolve into something unique
to your being that meets your unique needs, otherwise you will just
be copying another’s experiences. Our recommendation is that you
experiment with what others give you and use it as the raw resources
much the way your body uses food to create your own techniques and
allow the techniques you use to originate form your own unique
consciousness.
