In working with individuals to free their creative spirit it has been observed there are situations where the individual faces some type and kind of fear or obstacle which seems to have no roots in their current life. There is no memory or experience which can be found to cause the fear or obstacle to arise in this existence. Rather the evidence seems to point to some other existence.

There are several ways to interpret these cause of this condition. One is that there are genetic memories pass through the genes. A second is there was a past life experience which gave rise to the obstacle. A third ii simply the individual is perceiving an energy which is interpreted as an obstacle and has it roots somewhere other than our own life. How we interpret the cause doesn’t really matter. The question is, "What interpretation allows us to remove the obstacle so the individual’s creative spirit can become free to unfold?"

Here we use the principle of allowing effectiveness to be our measure of truth. If it works use it. Whether we need to believe the interpretation we give the origins of the condition doesn’t really matter. We should realize our mind is finite and ties to explain an infinite creation. It will never have all the correct answer. But that does not mean we cannot use an incorrect answer to achieve a given end. For example, atoms do not exist with electrons going around a nucleus in precise orbits like a solar system. But that model is extremely effective and explaining many chemistry phenomena.
