Reducing the concept if energy
consciousness to the most simple terms, it can be said, energy goes
where consciousness focuses its attention and awareness. The longer
and more passionately consciousness holds a particular focus of its
attention and awareness, the greater the possibility of creating and
actual experience. As consciousness holds its focus, the improbably
becomes possible, the possible becomes probably and the probable
becomes a certainty.
To consciously utilize this principle of creativity found within
energy consciousness it is important to learn to control and direct
the focus of our attention and awareness, then hold a focus with
unwavering faith as passionately as possible. In time, what is held
will manifest as an experience in a way that is most easily
manifested within the environment in which your find yourself.
It is important to understand this last statement that what you hold
will manifest in the best way possible based on the environment. In
another environment, your experiences could be quite different for
the same focus of your attention and awareness and often it is not
that what you desire to create and manifest is impossible, rather,
the environment in which you find yourself cannot support what you
desire. It is as simple as trying to plant a tropical fruit tree in
the Northern of Southern most latitudes expecting it to grow.
Sometimes you have to change your environment to manifest what you
desire. For the tropical fruit tree environment, you would either
need to move towards the equator or build a hot house that can
control the environment to simulate a more appropriate climate.
More personal, as applied to you personally, your
creative life energy [that which is sustaining you in the form
you now have] goes where you focus your attention and awareness by
how and what you think and believe. The longer and more passionately
you hold a particular focus of your attention and awareness, the
greater the possibility of creating an experience of that on which
it focuses. Because your creative life energy is flowing in response
to the focus of your attention and awareness, “That which you focus
on grows into, or unfolds into, your life.” You can hold focus
consciously, subconsciously and unconsciously.
Alternatively said, the more you focus on something, that is, to
direct your energy to exploring it, or desiring it, the more
awareness you will have about the object of your focus and that
awareness causes you to evolve your thinking. As you hold your
focus, you can make the improbable becomes possible, the possible
becomes probable and the probable becomes a certainty. What is all
boils down to is that reality will molds itself in response to what
you think and believe. Hence, what you think and believe becomes
very important for it is what is determining what you experience.
What needs to be realized is that energy flows in response to how
your consciousness focuses your attention and awareness. But that on
which you choose to place your attention and to become aware is
determined by how and what you think and believe. So what you think
and believe is determining two things. One is the reality you
experience because your energy is flowing into Creation and creating
Creation based on how you have focused your attention and awareness.
The second is that the experiences you are creating in that reality
is based on how you choose to interpret what you experience.
To consciously utilize this principle of creativity found within the
energy consciousness view of Creation, it is important to learn to
control and direct the focus of our attention and awareness. Then,
learn to hold our focus with unwavering faith as passionately as
possible. In time, what is held in mind will express itself as an
experience in a way that is most easily manifested within the
environment in which we find ourselves.
If we feel you don’t get what we want in life, it is important to
understand the statement “what we hold in mind will manifest in
the best way possible based on the environment.” In another
environment, our experiences could be quite different for the same
focus of our attention and awareness. Often it is not that what we
desire to create and manifest is impossible. Rather, the environment
in which we find ourselves cannot support what we desire. Sometimes
we have to change our environment to manifest what we desire.
It is as simple as trying to plant a tropical fruit tree in the
Northern or Southern most latitudes expecting it to grow. For the
tropical fruit tree environment, we would either need to move
towards the equator or build a hot house that can control the
environment to simulate a more appropriate climate.
It needs to be understood there are three things that come together
to manifest any intention or desire we hold in mind. The first is
our view - that is, what we are look at and where we have focused
our attention and awareness. The second is the context we hold or
how we look. There are an infinite number of ways to look at or
perceive anything we hold in mind and how we choose to look is
essential to the
creative process. The third is the environment in which we find
ourselves. Where are we looking and on what do we look. What we look
at and how we look are internal to us and determined by how and what
we think and believe.
It is here, within this understanding that we find the importance of
meditation and the power of intention. If you work with this
understanding, we come to see that intention is what causes
creation/Creation to occur. Yes, all of it. Anything we see or
experience is caused by a mind somewhere holding an intention that
causes energy to flow into the experience we have. What mind causes
which flow of energy in our life that created and sustains our life
are some of the types and kinds of they that are reviewed in this
material. But the primary focus of this material is directed towards
understanding our mind and the fact that how we hold the intention
within our mind initiates the flow of energy resulting in our
thoughts.
Our mind starts a creative process with the intentions we hold. An
intention is only a focus of our attention and awareness to make
something happen based on what we believe. Any intention first
starts with a though. So it is essential we become mindful and aware
of how and what we think and believe and how and what we choose or
do not choose and why. We can only do that by looking inward.
Meditation and other inwardly focused techniques help to achieve
just that end.
