Our creative life energy that sustains is a continuous flow of energy. We cannot stop the flow. We can divert it or block its expression but we cannot stop it. We will create something whether we like it or not. This flow of creative life energy will always seek expression in an experience. If we attempt to block the flow it will “back up” and bursting forth in an unexpected way and unexpected physical experience outside our normal boundaries. Or, it will simply spill over the obstacle and return to the normal flow pattern within the habits of your past. Remember, energy takes the path of least resistance. If we block the flow it in any way, it look for any way and that other way will be the path of least resistance.

Alternatively said, the path of list resistence gives rise to the most energy as the energy flows to be processed and dissipated. If something keeps surfacing in your life and/or in your creative efforts, you can be assured it carries great energy within your being. You will eventually have to allow that energy to flow and dissipate if you are going to have any hope of creating what you desire and/or bring a calmness to your being. On this note, if you deny the energy and/or suppress it, you will ultimately cause yourself pain. If you are unwilling to explore the pain but numb it or deny it, you are laying the seeds for some type of addiction in your life that you will use to keep the pain away

As a result of how we direct our energy, we cause ourselves to face what we need to face. In any situation or environment in which we find ourselves, the most energetic aspect will rise for the energy to be experienced and dissipated. It does so one of two ways. If the energy is free to flow, it will follow as directed by how and what we think and believe. If the energy is not free and we are attempting to block it, it is much like the saying, “a chain is as strong as its weakest link.” The blocked energy will break through and express itself in a way that challenges us to respond to dissipate the energy.

For example, Suppose it becomes obvious there is a the death of some aspects of ourselves we will have to face to create what we desire. But we do not desire to experience that death. What will probably happen is that fear will arise and we will being to focus on the fear. It then begin to rule our lives. The fear will then dissipate the energy we are not allowing to otherwise express itself. If we hold onto what we desire to create but are unwilling to face the death, we will torn between to conflicting ends. Either we face the fear and deal with whatever needs to die or we abandon our creative endeavor. Otherwise we will probably experience some type and kind of pain much the way there is tension boat analogy as discussed in the topic “Ultimate Root of Pain.”

Each of us are a different energy. What each of us need to face will be different as we move to create what we desire. Even if we just sit to meditation or sit on a mountain top looking out over a broad sweeping valley. We each will face something different. Something different will arise to be addressed.

On the note that the most energetic aspect of one being rise to be addressed, we are usually told to observe our thoughts as though we are watching the clouds pass through the sky. But to observe our thoughts in this way, other than the predominance of one type and kind of thought, our thoughts do not tell us anything about the process that is giving rise to our thoughts.

However, we can imagine our thoughts as bubbles floating up from the bottom of a glass disappearing when they break the surface. In looking at our thoughts this was, we can being to see the most energetic bubble is the current thought we experience. That is there is an energy giving rise to the thought and the though it moving to dissipate the energy. The more energy we have the faster the thoughts arise and/or the more emotion you feel about the thought. We can use this fact to dissipate the energy we are experiencing

When the bubble breaks, we only need to bring our attention back to the bottom of the glass waiting for the next thought in the form of a bubble to arise. In this bubble process, in addition to observing our thoughts, we acknowledge the energy within the thought. Depending on how fast that thought dissipates, we can learn to become aware of the energetic aspect of our thoughts and which thoughts become “loaded” or arise from and underlying passion of some type.

In realizing we can begin to see how the most energetic aspect will always arise first to be addressed and dissipated, we do not need to worry about what we do first in a creative endeavor. In holding an intention we create a flow of energy with the intent of dissipating that energy in an experience of what we hold. By working on the most energetic aspect as it arises, we are simply moving toward our desired outcome. Once we dissipate most energetic aspect, then the next energetic arises and so forth until we manifest what we desire.

What this also means is the greater fears about our creative endeavor will probably rise early on in our journey for it is there the most energetic thoughts need to be addressed. If there is a fear associated with acting on the thought we get, then it will also give rise to the fear with the greatest energy. Although our journey may be long, the greatest fears tend to arise early so, from the perspective of facing fears, it does get a little easier as we move along.
