Conservation of energy principle Energy is the ability to do work (a force acting through a distance) or the capacity to produce an effect. It has been found and rather well established in Physical Creation that energy exist and can neither be created or destroyed, only transformed. The form of the energy when we start does not matter. The form of the energy when we end doesn’t matter. In the end, nothing is lost. The form of the energy is only transformed into something different. To address the issue that from the perspective discussed in the Releasing Your Unlimited Creativity material, the conservation of energy and the statement that energy can neither be created or destroyed, only transformed at first seems to violate the statement that Creation is infinite and we are infinite creative being. Whether or not we can create more energy is discussed in the topic, "As an infinitely creative being can we create more energy?." The recommendation here is to take the concept of the conservation of energy as fact and look to understanding how it impacts our creativity, here and now in the shared creation we experience as Physical Creation. Conservation of energy and creativity The conservation of energy principle has several profound implication for any creative endeavor. The first implication is that since all the energy of an existing creation is either in an existing form or flowing into form some existing form or flow will need to be given up to manifest a new creation. This gives rise to the sacrifice of creation for any creative endeavor. The sacrifice of creation is inescapable. If we are unwilling to pay the price of the sacrifice, we cannot, and will not, create what we desire. The second point is creation is about transformation. It is about transforming the existing form. We can convert the existing energy from a fixed form into a useable form or divert an existing flow of energy so that it appears we are creating energy. But all we do is transform an existing form. On this point, we cannot create something from nothing. Rather we transform an existing form, which include that which exists as potential without form into what we desire. To create something new, some existing form or flow will need to be given up to manifest a new creation. The transformation of energy which needs to occur can be internal or external to our being. Usually the transformation is both because of how the inner is reflected in the outer. If we use the implications of pair production principle, there will always be an internal transformation for every external transformation. What this means is to create anything new that has not been seen or previously experienced, something old must be given up. There will always be something that must be transformed. There will always be the death of something that exist to create something new. There will always be a sacrifice of the existing form in some way to create the new. There will always be a price to pay. But why is this? Simply because there is an energy balance that must be maintained. All the energy of Creation is currently occupied either in a flow of energy or in a given from that gives rise to Creation as we currently experience it. If this was not true, energy would not be conserved and we would have observed this fact somewhere already. The conservation of energy requires that an existing flow or an existing form must be changed to create something new. On this note, our awareness and our ability to create never dies for it is an energy. It too is only transformed from one form into another. How our awareness and our ability to create perceives itself in another form is another issue. Since any creative endeavor requires us to step into the unknown, exactly what will need to be given up, sacrificed, transformed or the price to be paid, cannot be know by our mind before hand. If we hold onto something that must be given up, we will only stop the creation process, interfere with it, derail it, or only cause ourselves pain as what we are holding onto is stripped away. Holding onto that which needs to be sacrificed yet not letting go of what we desire to create will lead to consciousness experiencing a dark night of the soul. We cannot live in both worlds. We must give up one or the other. Yet in many ways, pain is a gift for it tells us where there is something that is restricted and not flowing with the given flow of energy. This is the main reason why it is so important to step out of mind in a creative endeavor. It is to let go of any and all attachments and judgments. The goal is to achieve true freedom and to enter an creative endeavor like the wind - coming with nothing and leaving with nothing and allowing the energy of the experience to fully dissipate in the experience we have.
