Aligning and harmonizing our
conscious and
nonconscious intentions to create single
clear intention is essential for our creative endeavors. The
next obvious question is how does harmonize with another or external
to ourselves.
There are a variety of reason given for why individuals come
together and a variety of way that are use to harmonize their
actions. Usually it is said there is something the individuals share
in common and that common ground is the reason for coming together.
As such, it is the common ground upon which some type and kind of
relationship and joint work is produced. There are a variety of ways
and management techniques that are recommended to make such a
relationship as productive as possible.
But there are times when two individuals or group of individual come
together and although there is a joint concern that can be seen as a
common ground, their visions do not seem to overlap. Our
mind tend to be baffled by these situations for there seems to
be little common ground shared in the vision. Usually something is
said, “It is a marriage of convenience” meaning that the two
individuals or groups have nothing really in common but have an
immediate jointly shared concern. It is expected that as soon as the
jointly shared concern is resolved, the two individuals or groups
will separate.
However, with the understanding of how our
inner world is reflected in the outer as discussed in the topic,
“Implication
of Pair Production in Our Creative Endeavors ,” it can be said
there is a connection at the deepest levels of being that brought
the individuals or groups together. Each is needed to give an
desired experience to the other. However, that is not something that
is going to be seen by the mind. Nevertheless, there can be powerful
outcomes from such joining.
In any case, it is
mind and what it thinks and believes that stands in the way of
seeing the overlap at a deepest level for any individuals or groups
to come together. The simply approach is to make some type and kind
of contract between each individual to address the common immediate
concern. Binding aka cords goes a step further. It is about
accessing the deeper reason and honoring that connection. This
process of accessing and honoring the deeper reasons can be seen in
a variety of ways and we should look at the process with the analogy
that best serves our perception of reality. Binding aka cords is one
such analogy.
Binding aka cords is a way to address such relationship at the
deepest reason for individuals to be called together whether or not
their
mind is aware of why they are really together. The essence of
what occurs is that each makes a commitment to the other to do what
they can to help the other to manifest the common vision or address
their common concern. There will always be some external reason to
which we can point as to why individuals come together, but, in
reality, there are deeper reasons. Binding aka cord allows us to
surface those deeper reasons and form the relationship on those
deeper reasons.
How deep the individuals are willing to go to access the reasons for
their coming together is, of course, their choice. That, in turn,
opens the door for a spectrum of possibilities in using this
technique.
What is binding aka cords?

Binding aka cord is about making a
conscious, clear and mutually agreed upon joint intention that
address the deepest level of our being. We each can carry only so
much energy. Binding aka cords is like increase the size of a rope
or a wire by increasing the gage of the wire. This is done by
entwining several thin pieces of twine or wire into a on a large
entwisted bundle so more overall energy is carried. Although each
individual only can carry so much power, the total sum of the parts
is greater than the individual parts. The goal of binding aka cords
is about getting individuals to set the same common jointly held
intention at each and every level of being and each of the member
going to the
source/Source
of their being to direct their energy into that jointly held
intention. Of course, there is a spectrum here of remaining very
shallow or going very deep.
Origins of the concept

The term “binding aka cords” comes
from the ancient Hawaiian Huna tradition and is really about binding
together spiritual power. It was a technique used in the ancient
Hawaii traditions where individuals would tie two dreams or two
prayers together. From the
creativity perspective
where
energy and consciousness are equivalent forms of the same thing
and where Creation unfolds from a oneness and interconnectedness,
binding aka cords is about accessing and joining
creative power.
As used here, the concept of binding aka cords goes will beyond what
was envisioned in the original use of the term in the Hawaiian
tradition.
The concept of “Binding Aka Cords” arises from the fact that many
mystical traditions see each of our physical bodies, consciousness
and our total being as tied or connected by a silver thread or cord
to the
source/Source
of our being or to whatever name and/or form that we give the Source
that created the Universe such as, our Higher selves, the All That
Is, the Oneness of the Universe, God if we wish and the like. This
silver cord or thread is called the aka cord. It is seen as
connected to the back of the skull or top of the head to central
awareness of the Universe.
We can imagine this cord as a literal unseen cord much like an
umbilical cord connects the life of the child to its mother. Or, it
can be seen as a life line connects an individual to the mother ship
where the individual could be a diver in the ocean or an astronaut
in space. It is always supplying what we need from our understanding
of Divine Consciousness. The aka cord can also be seen figuratively
in a variety of ways. For example it can be seen representing
the role we incarnated to play and/or our connection to Oneness.
Or we can see it as that always existing connection that we each
have with the Oneness of the Universe no matter how separate and
isolated we appear and/or feel ourselves to be and regardless of any
role we incarnated to play.
The Huna tradition is based on a
triune self. In this tradition our communications, requests
and/or intentions are sent from the Lower Self to the Higher Self up
along this aka cord with the emotional energy needed to manifest the
intention. When two or more individuals come together and set a join
intentionality and commit themselves to that intention, they can be
seen as binding or entwining together each others aka cords.
Combining aka cords is to wrap two or more cords together much the
way one would make a strong rope by twisting pieces of twine or
string into a rope. Hence the binding of aka cords was symbolic of
the increased energy and carrying capacity that was available when
two individuals worked in true alignment and harmony to manifest
their desired petition and/or vision. Obviously the more strings
wound together the stronger the rope. Similarly the more individuals
who set the common intention and commit to at intention, the more
aka cords are seen being bound and the stronger the more powerful
the ability to manifest that intention.
How much more energy could we get that two individual pieces of
string or twine that are entwined together? In being able to share a
dream with another, the energy of the two individuals are combined
and sum of their energy and abilities is much greater than either of
the parts. How much energy and strength all depends on how strongly
the two are bound together and how much each catalyzes the other or
others.
Although the ritual of binding aka cords may only be seen as
symbolic by many, there is in fact a bond which occurs on the
energetic level. Two or more individuals can set a common intention
and in fact bind the equivalent of their aka cords to manifest that
intention more powerfully. The joined, bound aka cords are stronger
and more powerful than alone. In combining aka cords we are joining
both individual and their vision into a offspring and life unto
itself such that two become one. Each is stronger and more powerful
that if it is alone. How the focus must be on what the individuals
create between themselves, the offspring, and not on their
individual
egos.
In binding aka cords one consciously aligns their life efforts. That
is they align the intention for incarnating (the
intention for their life or life path), what they intent or
desire to create with their life from a
mind's perspective, and the common effort with another such that
the two become entwined as one and they act as one.
That binding of aka cords will produce an offspring, an overmind or
a common collective, that will take on a life of its own. When this
is done, the combined vision, whether or not still seen as separate
by the individuals, now acts as any other vision or intention and
pulls to it and each of the individuals the experiences the
individuals need to have to manifest the joined visions.
The actual way one would combine aka cords would be determined by
setting intention to bind aka cords. The doing what
mind thinks it should do and each going to their
intuitive guidance to determine what needs to
be done individually and collectively as to what binding of aka
cords would looks like. Then create a
suorephex to
honor that intuitive guidance of each.

Binding of Aka cords is no more
than bringing the intentions of two or more individuals into
harmony. It is an effective model to use and the rituals or
ceremonies built around the symbolism can be quite powerful and
emotion filled. However, combine intentions is not as simple as
intending to act the same agreed upon words. The same words have
different meanings for different people.
As with most things, there is a spectrum of options that is
available to binding aka cords and the underlying premise is that
there is strength in numbers. A jointly held focus and intention
greatly increases the energy available to manifest what ever it is
we desire. However, binding aka cords goes well beyond just jointly
manifesting energy it is ultimately about creating a new expression
of energy.
There are two extremes from which to view binding Aka cords. One is
to see separate individual strands of a rope entwined together were
the strands themselves remain separate. That is, there is no bonding
in the strands. The other is where the two strands bond much the way
two strands of DNA bond together such that an entirely new life and
expression of the
creative life energy is manifested. Binding aka cords is this
second cases is more about a flowing creation where there is a
common theme and each individual applying their unique creative
abilities to embellish improvisationally the commonly held tune or
theme played in harmony with the others as they are lead. The
difference between the two is the difference between
mind and heart.
Entwining strands as opposed to bonding strands is represented in
the manifestation of a clear jointly held intention and doing what
each individual need to do relative to that intention. This is they
typical way group and/or organizational management is done. In the
traditional way individuals work individually on a common goal and
the strands are kept unbonded. Each individual holds the a separate
intention jointly in their consciousness. The intention manifests
according to how the individually held intentions overlay.
With the bonded intention, the common bonded intention leads the
individuals. It appears to be no different than any other intention
that one would hold in their
mind. The only difference appears to be a bonded intention is
held as opposed unbonded intention. But the energy each individual
experiences and leads them is different than if each held a separate
intention in common.
As with any intention the lives of the individuals will change and
the intention will grow in their life from the unseen world. When
this happens, there will be a dance between the participants as this
jointly held intention manifest. Entwining strands is simply a
matter of each individual choosing to manifest the common intention
and then holding that intention until it grows into the world into
whatever shape it takes.
With bonding strands is something different occurs. Many of the
actions we take look very similar to entwining strands but the clear
joint bonded intention is held quite differently. To bond the
strands together, each individual surrenders to the energy within
the common intention and attempts to align at all levels of being -
spiritual, mentally, emotionally and physically. Here of course is a
wide spectrum o f what is possible and how effective the individuals
align at each of these levels. Here the effort is literally about
entwining lives.
The intention in bonding is no longer an intention that is held
individually in the
mind of each individual where the individual chooses to manifest
the intention as they would any intention they set for their lives.
Rather, there is a knowing that any collection of individuals is a
unique expression of energy and we can surrender to the combined
energy if all focus their attention and awareness on the combination
of that energy rather that the energy within the individual. To
focus on our individual energy, we would simply focus on what is
symbolized in
our heart and surrender to that energy allowing it to lead. For
a jointly held intention, we would still focus on what is symbolized in
our heart but, rather than focus on our
creative life energy, we would focus on the combined energies of
each. We would focus our attention and awareness on the offspring of
the combined energy or what the combined energies bring into the
world. We would not be surrendering to our creative life energy nor
would we be surrendering to the other person’s creative life energy.
We would be surrendering to the energy that has formed as a result
of the combination of those life energies. We would focus on the
energy of the offspring.
In many ways it is much like a marriage where there is a child, and
in reality there is a child of the individuals who have bound Aka
cords. But, the child is not physical. It is energy that is commonly
shared between individuals. Additionally, binding aka cords is not
just between two individuals but can be between a group.
In a marriage the partners, if they see themselves as partners, can
focus on one of several different things. One is they can focus on
themselves individually. Or, they can focus on each other jointly as
partners and the relationship. Or, they can focus the child and what
the child needs and wants. The difference is the difference in
choosing what is best for me, what is best for the partners jointly,
and what is best for the child. Sometimes all three agree but more
often than not, what we do in response to how we choose to view the
relationship will be quite different. What we as an individual wants
is frequently at odds with what the joint partnership wants and/or
requires, and both of those are different from what the child wants.
The main difference when aka cords are bound as opposed to having a
child, is the child of binding aka cords has free will and is an
independent consciousness - that is, it has a life unto itself from
the very beginning. In a marriage with a child the parents do not
always let the child lead because it is only a developing
consciousness. It does not know or understand what is best in this
current incarnation. The parents decided what is best for the child
until the child develops and understanding of the world.
However, the combined energy between two individuals does not have
free will in the same way as a physical child has a free will. That
is, a fully separated individuated consciousness. A physical child
lies outside the two parents. The child of binding aka cord likes
inside the individuals. The child of binding aka cords is the
synergized and combine flow of two creative life energies that still
reside in the individuals but it is merged much like two strands of
DNA would be merged if there were a child. This combined energy does
not need to develop the understanding of the world as a human child
would need to do. This combined energy is much like the body wisdom
that flows within our being and come fully prepared and
knowledgeable as to what it can and cannot do. For one of the
individuals to think it knows best what the combined energy needs or
wants is gravely mistaken and only an action of one’s
mind.
In some ways you can say the individuals involved in binding aka
cords become schizophrenic. That is, there is the
creative life energy that sustains their being and then there is
the creative life energy that is entwined and bond with the other or
others. We of course always have the option of deciding which to
serve and how much we move the two into one. If the individuals have
entwined their lives then the two streams of energy within each
individual are also merged.
The difference between the merged energy of each individual and two
individuals in partnership is the difference between the common
feeling and common thinking. The merged energy between two
individual is a separate and unique energy and it will lead the two
individuals quite differently that one can think or imagine
separately. If the two individuals saw themselves in a joint
partnership making decisions based on what was best for the
partnership those decisions would lead to certain actions and
probably would be very much based on the
mind and what the individuals think the partnership should look
like. To surrender to the combined flow of energies symbolized
within each heart and surrender to that focus and the feelings that
come as a result of that focus will at times seem to go in direct
opposition to what is best for the partnership. The energy may even
require the partners to physical separate when in reality each is
still energetically connected and surrendering to the combined
energy of each other.
In joining Aka cord and surrendering to the combined energy, the two
individuals become coupled much the same way you would couple two
independent balls with a spring in between. The spring can stretch
quite far apart but yet the balls are never separate and at some
point the spring will pull the balls back together and the ball will
dance in oscillation around each other.
Many religious traditions use the world “what God had joined
together, let no man put asunder” during the marriage ceremony. This
statement is very true about physical child, one potential offspring
from such a relationship, in that the DNA from the parents becomes
integrally entwined and you cannot separate the strands without
destroying the life. However the basis of this statement goes much
deeper and lies in the fact that it is entirely possible to join and
couple energetically without necessary producing a physical child.
If the intention is there and the individuals surrender to their
combined energy
stepping out of mind
and allow that energy to lead there will be a new expression of life
and a way of being in the world that will grow into a physical
reality.
In a merging of two individuals they can merge between the extremes
of a purely
ego level all the way to the deepest level at the source of
their being. However the ego is always subject to instantaneous
change. What is bound at the
ego level will disintegrate over time for the ego is always and
instantaneously changing. There will be tremendous
pain if the individuals choose to remain bound at the ego level
for as the
egos change who and what they think they are the relationship
will be feel tremendous strain.
If we remember all
pain ultimately results form holding something that is changing
or being stretched beyond its limits we can being to understand the
problem. As the
ego change the individuals will have to let go of the joining if
they want to avoid the pain. If the individuals recognize a binding
at the deepest parts of their being and essentially make a contract
with each other at the deepest levels of their being, that is their
most fundamental energy level for what they wish to manifest, and
allow what is
symbolized in their hearts
to lead, they will find they have joined at the
source/Source
level. Any
pain that they may feel and/or experience in the relationship is
a
pain
of creation and it is only taking them past their preconceived
limits and barriers. There will be a joy in this pain, much way
there is join in the
pain of any child birthing. We as human fail to realize the full
power and potentiality that we posses. We fail to see how we set our
intentions and that we can figuratively and literally produced
unseen children that can manifest from the realms of pure energy
into a physical manifestation. Learning how to utilize this fact is
one aspect of binding aka cords.
What also needs to be understood is that this discussion is not
limited to couples of the opposite sex or only two individuals. Any
number of individuals can merge their energy and surrender to that
combined energy. In much the same way a tribe carries a common
genetic pool, a combined set of individuals will carry a common
energy to which each can surrendered and that combined energy will
result in a common way of being. This combine energies of more that
two individuals is the bases of many communal orders. How effective
any one of these communal orders are at creating a combined energy
depends on how adequately the individuals have surrendered to the
combined energy of the group and how they go about combining the
energy.
In the same way a marriage couple takes vows, member of these
communal orders take vows. The attempt is to align individual
intentions and get the individual
ego to surrender to the combined energy. However, most
communities are founded on a vision of some leader and more like
organizations were the individuals surrender to the organization
rather than the members of the community surrendering to the
combined energy. If the communal members were surrendering to the
combined energy, every time a new member would join the energy and
the community itself would shift and evolve based on the new energy.
However for most, that is and was not the case. Most communities are
simply organizations under a different name. To truly surrender to a
combined energy, the energy leads, not the desires of any one
individual at any level within the community.
The concept of dialogue where each individual truly listens to the
others but each follows as lead by their individual heart within the
understanding of what the other thinks and feels to the best that
one can understand is one of the outward practices of such a
community. Of course, it is also understood that the energy within
the group may lead any one particular individual on a path that may
seemingly oppose the group for what the combined energy needs to
accomplish. The key to making such a community work is the surrender
to the coupling of the energies. Each member stays focused on the
combined energy of the commonly held intention trusting fully in the
process of the energy and not what
mind thinks.

practice (Top)
Based on the fact that our belief
structure biases how our thoughts form, each individual needs to
ensure they agree with the meaning of the words in the joint
intention that each will carry. Additionally, the words need to feel
correct. That is, one cannot just mentally agree to the world. The
words themselves should cause a
passion to arise within to energize acting on what the words
mean or one feels a freedom within their being as to what the words
means.
Working to align the meaning of our words and beliefs is like tuning
two musical instruments. In actual performance, the process itself
is much like two musicians learning to play in duet where each needs
to be fully aware of the other and blend with then other to make one
sound. It is to ensure that two instruments playing together are in
harmony for each and every note that is played. Otherwise the music
will not be very pleasant.
Two instrument may play the same note but if they are not properly
tuned the notes will sound slightly different and the instruments
will not be in harmony. If the instrument are not too out of tune
the music they play may be tolerable. But if they are too far apart
the music will sound what one would call just plain old “bad.”
Similarly with joint intentionality, we needs to “tune” the words
and the feelings such that there is harmony between the intention at
every level of our being.
Now to try and understand both the conscious and unconscious
variations that two or more individuals have for each and every
world in a joint intentionality is next to impossible. Possible
maybe, but not very probably. So what does one do. The best
arrangement is to align the life paths that arise form the
intention for our life if they are known and the intentions
which we set for what we desire to create with our life.
Knowing the
intention for our life is about doing to inner work to learn to
align with the feelings that provide us what a
fulness of being and a
passion for life and for living. Our life path is the path that
unfold in following those feelings which arise from the intention
for our life the best we can. The intention for what we wish to
create with our life is about keeping the end in
mind. That is we look
giving our own eulogy and what we wish to say about our life
when it is over. Our life path is about feeling life. What we want
to create with our life is about what we think we should do with our
life such that when it is done and over we can look back and either
say “well done” or “I was well on my way to create what I desired.”
If the individuals do not have aligned life paths, then success will
ultimately only be as great as their paths can possibly overlap.
Most individuals who feel they have met their soul mate are just two
individuals that have very well aligned life paths as reflected in
the
intention for their life, nothing more. In the oneness of all
that is and
how our inner world reflects the outer, we are a soul mate for
all that we experience in our life. We just are not aware of that
fact Any one individual to whom we point is only
what mind wants to experience and may or may not be that person
with whom we need to fulfill the
intention for our life.
At the deepest level of our being we will find that all life paths
that arise from the
intention for our life align to create the mosaic of creation.
We are all participants in creation and all the pieces are needed to
make the whole. However, to function on the physical plane,
individuals whose life path for their current incarnation align will
make the best partners at what ever level the individuals feel free
to engage. The more levels on which we can engage, the more we will
think and feel we met our soul mate. Yet, we can align with any
individual we choose. All that keeps us from such a relationship is
our own
mind. In any case, most individual will not know their life path
and, at best, most will only be in the process looking and trying to
find their life path. So aligning life paths will not be the usual
procedure.
The best thing to do in this case
is as follows.

Ensure each individual has
developed and are attempting to live the
intention for
their life
-
Review each other’s intention
for their life as well as the participants know it and ensure
they are compatible. They do not have to overlap, but they
should be compatible. There should be a deep feeling for each
other that transcend the physical. If one does not have an
intention for their life and what they wish to create with their
life, they should set such an intention.

The individuals should develop
and come to an agreement on a joint intentionality
representative of that on which the individuals wish to Bind Aka
Cords realizing the power with such alignment and the struggle
it will cause if a true alignment is not there.
Effects of binding aka cords

Now what is most interesting is
what occurs when individuals bind aka cords. Often there is an
acceleration of each individual into their life path to fulfill the
intention for their life. It should remembered that when an
sets an intention, all the obstacles and opportunities to
manifest that intention arise and each of the obstacles must be
worked through if that intention is going to manifest. Similarly,
when two or more individuals bind aka cords to manifest a joint
intention, all the obstacles, as well as the opportunities, arise
relative to that joint intention. In addition to the personal
obstacles that each individual must overcome, there are obstacles
that are jointly held and must also be overcome. Although there is
more power behind a joint intention to manifest that intention when
aka cords are tied, the reason why things do not appear to move any
faster is because there are actually more obstacles to overcome.
There are now joint obstacles and there are obstacle one individual
raises for the other and vice verse. It can be simply said, the
greater the power, the greater the obstacles that must be overcome
to obtain that power. Whether that power is to be held by an
individual or group, there will still be the obstacles to overcome
to gain that greater power.
If properly done, the
setting an intention to access the
intention for our life is quite serious and our life will take a
sharp turn in the direction of that intention. In this regard, we
need to be prepared for the life changes that accompany accessing
the intention for our life. In Bind Aka Cord, fuel is added to the
fire for both manifesting the intention for our life and the jointly
held intention. Very quickly the Universe will make apparent if the
intention for our life and our joint intention are in agreement. If
not, expect major upheavals where the disagreements lie. If they are
in alignment, expect a major acceleration in manifesting one or both
intentions.
What happens is that the individuals who Bind Aka Cord now play
with, and against, each other. They will literally become fuel for
each other’s fire that will destroy the
ego that stands in the way. The Universe will try and meet the
jointly held intentionality along with the intention for each
individual’s life. What this means this there is actually a further
concentration of energy allowing the intensity to increase. In
addition to any internal stress and tension one feels caused from
misalignment of one life path from the
intention for their life, there is now the stress and tension
from the misalignment between each individual and their joint
intention.
Additionally, there is also a tension caused by the life path of the
other. The Binding Of Aka Cords will cause each individual to feel
the pull of the other’s life path. That is what it means to Bind Aka
Cords - it means to bind that which is giving life. The tension is
real and the emotional energy plugged into beliefs that do not
support living the
intention for our life will be drained at a much fast rate. It
will push the individuals to the point where they will need to
abandon all there personal efforts and turn their life over to the
joint intention.
What is most intriguing about jointly held intentions is the way the
obstacles arise. All the obstacles, as well as the opportunities,
arise relative to that joint intention. Because of the joint
intention between two individuals, one individual, may have to
address issues in their life only because of the joint intention,
whereas the other individual has no such obstacle. Often one
individual will have to give something up, sacrifice and make space
available for the new partnership where as the other doesn’t. One
individual is faced with obstacles the other doesn’t face. What is
also means is one individual may have allow room for the other
individual to enter their life as a new form. That is, one can
expect at least one individual to change if not both that each
become different as a result of the joint intention.
The same is true if more than two are involved. When larger groups
of individuals form a commonly held intentionality, the myriad of
combination of obstacles that can arise grows and seems to multiply
as more and more individuals embrace the joint intention. It needs
to be understood, that as the potential power grows, so do the
obstacles. But if all the obstacles are realized by all involved
individuals, the combined power will be available to the group. It
is only a matter of how strong the collective will of the group is
to manifest that joint intention.
Now if Aka Cords are tied by individuals who are in relatively good
personal alignment between their life intention and the
intention for their life, the joint intentionality allows their
energy to synergize and become greater than the sum of the part both
individually and collectively. Even if the individuals are not too
well aligned with the intention for their life, if the life paths of
the two individuals can be aligned, then their energies also
synergize. On this point, it is not uncommon for individuals to be
drawn to each other to bind aka cords because of commonality or
complementary nature of the intention for their lives but neither is
really aware of the intention for their life.
In any case, binding aka cords will result in a “burn off ‘of the
enculturated expectations by each of the individual about what they
are to do together. The enculturation burn off must first occur
before the full impact of the synergized energy is realized. What
may be noticed is the intensity of the personal work each individual
needs to do may increase after the Binding of Aka Cords. The reason
for this is that this synergized energy is available immediately.
However first it is directed into the personal work of each
individual until they burn off the enculturation and
ego expectations that stand in the way of their joint intention
which includes the alignment of life intention and the intention for
what we desire to create with our life.
It is to be noted that if one is not well aligned with their life
path binds aka cords with someone who is relatively well aligned,
the non-aligned individual will be pulled into their life path as
reflected in the
intention for their life at a much faster rate for all the
synergized energy is directed at burning off their enculturated and
ego expectations. The
clarity of the intent of the one
individual provides a clear reflecting surface for the other to see
what they need to do. What happens id the individual who is
relatively well aligned with their life path reflected in the
intention for their life provides a focus, an example and guidance
for the one not as well aligned. All of these makes the other’s path
easier even though there has been an additional increase in
intensity.
Importance of binding aka

For most things we do in life with
others, there is probably no need to bind aka cords. However, if one
has the need to work or move to working with the oneness of Creation
binding aka cord is on of the quickest ways to see our
interconnections and the power of joint intentions.
Binding aka cords also lays the foundation for a powerful technique
of
creating the space for the
creative spirit within the heart of an
individual to freely express itself. It is a technique that is best
described as “making a three body problem a two body problem.” It
allows for using the oneness of creation in a way that allows two
individuals to create the space for a third individual to face many
of the issues that keep their creative spirit bound in a faster,
easier and gentle way that with only one individual or not
individual present to hold a
safe, secure space.
The relationship of binding
aka cords and the traditional concept of marriage

At one level binding aka cord
between two individuals and getting married can be seen as one and
the same. Two individuals come together to combine their life energy
into a common joint intention - the marriage. Similar as a
traditional marriage there is most probably and offspring that can
be seen going into the world. In the case of the marriage it is
child. In the case of binding aka cords it is whatever the physical
manifestation of the joint intention maybe. It could be a business,
a school, a book, an invention or whatever. But that is really about
as far as it goes for most individuals. Nevertheless, marriage does
have the possibility of being the equivalent of binding aka cords.
Loosely defined, marriage to many people is a legally and
religiously sanctioned, sexually intimate cohabitation and sharing
of physical and material goods between a male and female. Although
marriage can be a deeply spiritual experience for the individuals
involved, for many the social and legal considerations and needs are
the primary concern. For most spiritual bonding is of secondary
consideration.
Binding aka cord is about moving toward the sharing of life at each
and every level of being in the oneness of Creation and to create a
jointly held intention from that space. It moving to live in the
conscious awareness of the oneness for a jointly held intention,
there is never a separation. The individual may move apart
physically but there is a deep profound bonding such that there is
the conscious awareness that each is always apart of the other. As
one develops such relationship with others, one grows into the
awareness of the interconnectedness and oneness of all of creation.
It is to move from a
nonconscious intuitive way of being in the world where we relay
on our
intuitive guidance to access the interconnectedness to one of
conscious awareness as the creator of how and why we have any
experience we have in a give situation. Binding aka cords is the
first step to
an alternative way being in the world and experiencing
Creation. In many ways marriage and the commitment two individuals
make in marriage is the first step in moving to a deeper
relationship where one bind aka cords.
