Meditation can be a the continuous, contemplative attention to uncovering the true nature of our being. Since we are an infinite creative being of infinite consciousness  we will find there are an infinite number of ways to be in a continuous contemplative attention of our own nature. Similarly, as an infinite being, it will take an infinite time to explore each facet of our being if we were to explore them all. However, some facets of our being allow us to more quickly understand exactly who and what we are. Since there are an infinity of methods from which to chose, any of them can be a path to understanding of our true nature and some work easier than others.

What is provided here has been found to be the quickest way to both explore our true nature and utilize the truth of our true nature in our creative endeavors. Only a sampling of what is available is presented here and includes those that can get you started. Only a sampling is presented here for two reason. One is that nothing is being kept from you. Whatever can be put on the web on this topic is provided. But much of the effort is in actual practice and that is something which cannot be put on the web or in any book and what you experience will be unique to your own being. The latter point is the second reason only a sampling can be provided to you. You are a unique being and you will have to see what works best for you. You should expect your meditation practice to evolve into something unique to your own being. If it doesn’t, you are probably following someone else’s path rather than your own and that will take you longer than necessary.

The easiest and quickest way to uncover one’s true nature and to focus on our creative passion, yet paradoxically the hardest for many individuals is the way of the heart. Here we use the term heart to mean what is symbolized by the heart. That is, aligning and flowing with one’s creative life energy in mindfulness and awareness It become hard because of the experiences we had early in life that have caused us to deny our creative spirit and our creative passion. .

Our heart know the path to happiness and inner peace. It knows the path to life and what gives us life. When we forget the message of what is symbolized in our heart or fail to listen to our heart we feel unfilled and unhappy. We become trapped by the mundane world and fall into ruts and habits of the past. One simply needs to align with the flow to find this path.

If you explore the deepest longings of your heart and/or explore the cause of the desire for a beloved/Beloved you will find the heart is only longing for itself. The heart longs to feel the source/Source of its own being that flows within its being. Mind, by how and what it thinks and believes about itself separates itself from the source/Source of it existence. In aligning with the flow of one’s creative life energy one returns to the source/Source, its source and the Source of all that is.

When we fail to live what is symbolized in our heart we get depressed and anxious about life and we have little energy for life and for living. We blind ourselves and blur our perspective. We forget the bigger picture as to why we are here and lose our way in the process. Meditation should help remind us of what we already know and should not replace the passion in our heart for life, for living and what we came to do in physical creation. Meditation should not cause us to withdrawal from life. Rather it should teach us to embrace life and energize us to move into life more fully and more passionately.

It is important to learn the art or technique of quieting the mind. It is important that the endless chatter that normally fills our consciousness is stilled. But it needs to be stilled so that we can listen and follow our heart. To deny the body other than temporarily to gain the ability to calm the mind will cause one to deny both the Creator of our body and Creation itself.

our creative passion is what gives us a joy for life, a joy for living and that what makes us feel alive. It is what makes us love life and free to embrace life. It was the path we were following as a child until our external world convinced us to change.

To us this method as a meditation we focus on our creative passion whatever it is and do whatever our creative passion leads us to do. Then as obstacles arise to doing that passion, in mindfulness and awareness look at all the reasons, distractions, barriers and the like the prevent us from living your life doing what gives us that passion for life. As the reasons, distractions, and obstacles arise, it is recommended we then consult our intuition as to what needs to be done to address each of them in turn removing them as a barrier. In the process we being to explore and learn the depth and breadth of our creative power and can begin to see how we are the creator of the experiences.

As we move closer to living our creative passion, we will find ourselves living more and more in a state of spontaneous and innocent childlike play of discovery and exploration of the universe. We will be in wonderment and ah at how the universe operates and have all the mystical experiences and esoteric revelations that we could ever want. If we are not moving more and more into spontaneous and innocent childlike play, we are not living our creative passion but only living to something our mind has created to mask our true passion and our true nature.

The mind is a master at getting what it wants and what it thinks The way of the heart and what is symbolized in the heart is difficult for many of us is because we will have to address and change the habits our mind has created to protect us and respond to the world when the world would not let us be in that state of spontaneous and innocent childlike play as a child. Since many of these habits go back to the earliest days of childhood, they are deeply integrated and very fundamental to how we live our life. Since they are so deeply imbedded within our being, they are also very interconnected to how we have defined ourselves. As we attempt to change these habits we end up changing who we think we are and literally redefining ourselves and the world in which we live.

If we are willing to do the work to break these habits and deal with any residual pain that might still exist, this way is the easiest, quickest and gentlest way to discover one’s true nature. This technique of meditation is best characterized by doing and acting on what surfaces within one’s being in the spontaneity and innocence of a child discovering and exploring the universe. Here we are discovering and exploring our own true nature. If we live our creative passion, we will find our mind becomes very focused and centered in our passion with little or no effort to either “train” the mind to follow the passion and over come distractions or to do what the passion requires. The realization that will need to occur in this meditation technique to see our true nature is why we have the creative passion that we do and not another. If you wish, you can answer these questions simply by setting the intention to uncover them then consult your intuitive guidance for answers.
