To be organizationally creative is for the organization to have the ability to readily access the inherent creativity that lied within its employees to create the ability it needs to find and apply a creative solution to truly address the root cause of their problems. It includes the ability within the organization to respond to the unknown and unforeseen changes and find solutions that really fix the root of the problem. The organization may seek outside assistance as to how to do something but not what to do. It knows what to do from the creative solution that came from within the organization and meets it true needs.
