The premise and understanding of the Releasing Your Unlimited Creativity understanding is that our body is the vehicle we chose to have a physical experience. For this reason, our body is integrally linked to our true nature. We chose it because some aspect of our nature required it to have the experiences our creative spirit desired to have to meet the intention for its incarnation. In learning what our body can and can’t do, how it does or doesn’t respond, and what experiences it does or doesn’t give us, you will learn more about our nature that chose it as a vehicle.

We can look at this process as choosing a vehicle for a physical experience like buying a vehicle like a car, truck, bulldozer, airplane or any one of the other myriad of vehicles we could buy and all the different styles and options available to us. We chose a vehicle for what we intend to do, for the experience we desire to have or it is the vehicle we think we need for some other purpose. An intimate understanding of the vehicle itself will tell us much about the nature of the job, what we are to do or the intention we carry. What we want to do flows from our nature. If we chose carelessly or wrongly, that poor choice also tells us a lot about our own nature. If we can learn to become either the observer or that detached witness through any of the traditional methods of meditation, we can observe the body and its needs and what it is most capable of doing. We can then use this information to understand our true nature. However, to use meditation to understand the body, we can not deny the body and its sensations. Rather, we will have to become the detached witness of the body and look to see the true origins of the sensations we have.

If one beings to become aware of their own nature and become mindful aware of their thoughts, they can begin to see the origin of their thoughts. They can being to see that our bodies are antenna’s capable of sensing the deep undercurrents of Creation depending on how we choose to focus ourselves One aspect of the body as an energy detector is that our minds does not necessarily create the thoughts we have as many of us think we do. Rather, mind gives rise to thoughts in the way a fertile field gives rise to the plants depending on the seeds that take root. The same field can grow grass, bushes or tress entirely depending on the seeds which fall on it. The energy that is sensed by the body is like the seed that falls on the fertile ground. The thought is what germinates and grows in the field as a result of the seed. Sufficiently change the environment, different seeds will grow. Also if the conditions are not correct, a seed my grow but never bear fruit.

If the body and mind are tuned correctly, much like the way one tunes a radio receives, we can determine the types and kinds of thoughts we have. With electronic communications, one builds a receiver - an energy sensing device - and tunes it to the particular frequency they desire to detect. When tuned to the proper frequency which corresponds to a the frequency of a particular radio station, we hear the station broadcast. The physical receiver that we can hold in our hands picks up an “invisible” energy wave and converts the energy into a from that can be transmitted to a speaker. The speaker then transforms the energy into a sound which we recognize and can discern at talk or music as opposed to noise. Or, in a similar way, the invisible energy wave is turned into a visual and audio signal on our television.

So as we meditate and learn to become mindful and aware of our thoughts we can begin to see how we can change what we think and believe, our environment, our posture and the like to influence the thoughts we have. That then opens the door to many creative possibilities that did not exist. It allows us to go exploring solutions to problems that did not previous exists for us.

To sit in an office and meditate, contemplate and/or concentrate on the solution to a problem provides some ideas as to what can be done. To do the same with a group of people will create an other set of ideas. To go to the mountains do the same creates yet a third set of ideas. We can continue this process in a variety of different ways, combinations and permutation. We can even being to see how certain types and kinds of environment create similar thoughts, a “train” of thinking of you wish comes from a certain combination of circumstances. That in turn leads to a mining process. We can literally find rich veins of ideas and learn to mind them by how we learn to use the body as an energy detector.
