A Yantra is analogous to a mantra. In the same way a Sage experiences a sound, another Sage goes into a deep meditation experiencing the unconscious levels of the mind and express what they experience as a drawing or a picture. Focusing on the symbol, drawing or picture can then be used to create a meditative state. However, as with the mantra, the experience the Sage has is their experience and their interpretation of that experience. As with the mantra, any image can be used to develop a single point focus. Whatever is used should be some thing that catalyzes your emotional energy and you feel drawn to use it.

The symbol at that top of each of the Releasing Your Unlimited Creativity web pages is such a yantra. It represents the creative process and how multiple created forms all emanates and return to a common source of no form. If you wish, you can use it as a focus of meditation and concentration to raise your awareness of the creative process. To do so, set the intention to be lead to the sources, information and experiences that lie behind, and gave rise, to the creation of that symbol. Focus on the symbol and hold the stated intention. Become aware of the intuitive insights you get and honor the intuitive guidance you get. Also become aware of synchronicities and the like that arise in your life that help to fulfill the intention you set. In time you will see that you are being lead to understand the creative processes of Creation which give rise to that symbol.
