In talking about the flow of our
creative life energy to manifest what we desire there are many
obstacles that we can encounter. Most are familiar with their
conscious obstacle, such as fears or judgements of our mind about
something. But there are subconscious and unconscious obstacles that
will only rise within a given set of conditions.
Obstacles are obstructions or something that stands in the way of
the free flow of our creative life energy to manifest a particular
desired creation. For any intention we set, there will always be
some from of obstacle. In essence, often the obstacles reflect the
boundaries that help to contain the flow of our creative life energy
as it is to create the experiences we are having. Without those
boundaries and obstacles, what we desire would already be in our
life. If we have a sufficient flow of energy, often our creative
life energy flows around, over or diverts itself in such a way that
we are not necessarily aware an obstacle exists It is only when we
have sufficiently scatter our energy or have little emotional energy
for what we do that these obstacles surface and can be seen for what
they are - a diversion of our creative life energy.
To optimize our creative ability for a particular creative endeavor,
we will have to go back and free ourselves from the obstacles which
arise to consolidating our creative power. Otherwise we may not have
sufficient energy to manifest what we desire. We will have to go
back and reclaim our creative power from where we have given it
away. As we develop a
single point focus for what we desire, we pull more and more of
our energy into that focus. As we consciously focus our energy, we
will begin to see more and more of the obstacles that stand in our
way to consolidating our energy into that focus. It is not that what
we have created and where we are directing our creative life energy
is necessarily bad, wrong or is not satisfying in some way. Rather,
it just means for what we desire to create requires more energy and
if we want that consolidation of energy, we will need to address the
obstacles.
We will either have to deal with the obstacles or give up our focus.
Most give up their focus without realizing it. There will always
seem to be some external distraction of vital importance or
something externally that cannot be dismissed for one reason or
another when, in the end, it is only our psyche creating a way to
break the meditation. Often we find ourselves becoming too tired or
too busy to deal with the obstacles. Yet these are all just symptoms
of only the
ego breaking the our focus so that we do not lose ourselves in
the creative effort such that the ego would have to surrender its
identity and serve the single point focus. In many ways, our ego has
a life of its own. It is always struggling to preserve itself and it
needs to be added, the ego is a master at preserving itself as it
is.
Just as there obstacles to consolidating our creative life energy,
there are obstacles to anything we desire to create. These obstacles
will not be seen until we actually step forward to act. If they are
not faced we will be unable to manifest what we desire. However,
what needs to be noted here is these are not the obstacles that mind
thinks we will face. Rather the obstacles are what arise on the path
as we walk the path to manifest what we desire. Because creation is
a journey into the unknown, mind will be of limited help in telling
us how to face them. We will have to consult our intuitive guidance
as to the best way to get past the obstacle we face. It is here the
concept of
complex integration and the use of
metatheater and
rituals can often be of assistant. They allows us to address
issues in our
creative imagination and find solutions that otherwise we could
not address. Here our ability to enter
creative play especially in our creative imagination becomes
very important.
