Orchestrating the Organization does not discard existing organizational structures. If there is any organization change, it will come from the individuals within the organization based on what they have come to understand about tapping into the creative life energy within each individual. The approach used builds on that understanding orchestrating it to application within the existing system.

Assuming the existing system is not a hollow structure, the organization’s current management principles are orchestrated with the applicable Releasing Your Unlimited Creativity and Organizational Creativity principles and concepts at to how the individual’s creative life energy functions. The goal is to create a dance between that which exists and that which is being introduced such that both are honored to optimize the existing flow of energy within the existing approach. Then, from that position, allow the organization to decided if they desire to change and allow it to evolve. It makes no sense to change what is already effective.

The bottom line in the Releasing Your Unlimited Creativity approach of which Organizational Creativity and Orchestrating the Organization are applications is to let effectiveness be the measure of truth. The approach is to see what is effective for what we wish to accomplish. In that effectiveness there is a truth that is addressed that is allowing us to be effective. If the truth of the situation were not being honored in some way, we would not be effective at what we were trying to do.

For most organizations and jobs where the organization desires to look at the individuals as interchangeable parts, Orchestrating the Organization has little to add where Organizational Creativity does provide an approach as reflected in the topic, "Transforming the Organization."

However, any organization that needs individuals who look beyond the routine either to see where problems are developing and/or seeing into the future can benefit from the Organizational Creativity and the Orchestrating the Organization approach greatly expand as reflected in the topic, "Transforming the Heart of the Organization." The Orchestrating the Organization program is designed to show individuals how to orchestrate their own world and changing environment to an identified goal. The primary goal of the approach is to optimize the energy that each individual brings into the work place and organize that energy into a productive and desired output.

Orchestrating the Organization can help any organization, government or private, profit or non-profit, secular or religious, large or small. It can be used for teams or organizational components. The individuals could be program managers, managers or supervisors, individual workers who are assigned to a team effort or who work independently. Or, it can be for individuals who simply desire to be more effective at pro-actively achieving a goal within an environment of change. The only requirement is that one needs to know, or have a general feeling or idea, where they want to be after the change and why they desire to change. The getting there is in the orchestrating.
