Background

This exercise can be used to getting started in creating rituals and/or in creating our creation ritual. It is recommended one or more of the various topics on rituals listed here be reviewed before starting this experiment. It is not that these topics need to be reviewed. Rather the background they provide will allow for a greater return in the experience gained.

The exercise

Set a clear intention to manifest what you intend in the physical world. It can be to create some object or an experience.

Ask your intuitive guidance what does an appropriate creation ritual and/or initiation ritual look like. Honor what is provided. Create and perform a ritual literally or symbolically based on the information you get.

If the ritual as it is performed feels empowering, use the memory of the ritual to know you can and will ultimately manifest what you intend.

Ask your intuitive guidance on what steps you need to take next to manifest what you desire.

If the ritual does not feel empowering, look at what does not feel right about the ritual or a piece of the ritual. Ask your intuitive guidance to explore that nature of the discomfort. You may find there is something about the intention that does not fully align with what you believe or does not align with the intention for your life.

You can iterate the ritual process creating a new ritual based on what you have learned and changing the corresponding aspects of beliefs of your life as often as necessary to align with an empowering feeling. Continue the process until you find the ritual that feels correct. The ritual that feels correct them is held as the memory to catalyze the manifestation process of your intention.
