The energy of creation/Creation - coupling the inner and the outer

The material of creation is energy consciousness. Energy consciousness experienced in it nature, crude, unrefined or untreated state is feeling and desire. Processed and refined, it is experience as creation/Creation.

Desire and a flow of energy (Top)

The raw material of creation as we experience it is feeling and feeling arises from a flow of energy and desire. In particular, it is a flow of energy that has awaken to desire and is capable of directing or otherwise manipulating the flow of energy in the desire to which it has awaken.

Within the energy consciousness understanding, consciousness is a flow of energy which has awaken and become aware. The awaken consciousness need not be aware of itself or of its existence. In only needs to be sufficiently aware to desire in one way or another. The awaken consciousness does not necessarily need to be aware of the desire to which it has awaken. It only needs to be sufficiently aware of the desire it has to move to fulfill that desire in some way.

Desire is to wish or long for, covet, crave something. There is an energy embedded within in desire. It does not matter what is desired, the energy to act will be there. The difference between a thought and a desire is the focus of our attention and awareness. In a desire, the focus of our attention and awareness is to act if it is possible to act. Desire has an imbedded intent. The difference between desire and intent is only the choice to act. In desire the choice to act may not yet be there. In intention, the choice is made. Many say they intent something but they only wish for it. To intend to do something means a choice has been made to do something and to act. Desire differs from wish in that desire has a level of passion. To wish for something is more about having a thought about having something. A desires for something has an energy or passion about getting it. An intention is the decision to act to get or manifest what is desired.

We, as human, are usually not aware of the flow of energy we manipulate or how we manipulate it. As a result, we think our creativity and creative power and creative ability resides in our mind and what we think and believe and the choices we make. Yet, it really creative power lies in the flow of energy masked by mind and is determined and accessed by, and through, feeling.

First and foremost, it is all about energy (Top)

To create is to bring into existence something not seen or previously experienced or significantly different from the past. The raw, essential or most basic material of creation/Creation is the ability to make something happen or to cause an effect. In particular it is the ability to cause to come into existence something not seen or previously experienced. That is a special type and kind of ability. In essence it is about creating something from nothing. Yet we do it all the time and its an ability inherent within our being and it is made easy by the body and the desires we have for we are a creativity machine.

To make something happen or to cause an effect is the definition of energy. To cause to come into existence something not seen or previously experienced requires energy. In this regard, creation/Creation is all about energy. Creation/creation is about controlling and manipulating energy to make something happen. In particular it is about controlling and manipulating energy to create what we desire. To create something is about controlling and manipulating energy different from the way it was controlled and manipulated in the past.

There two issues here. One is accessing and controlling the energy to cause an effect. The other is to access and control the energy different from the past so as to cause to come into existence something not see and/or previously experienced.

Without a flow of energy nothing will happen, nothing will change. To create anything there needs to be a flow of energy that gives rise to and animates what we experience. The question is, “What gives rise or causes a flow of energy to come into existence to create what we desire?” Where do we find the ability to cause a flow of energy to come into existence and/or to create a flow of energy that was not previously in existence to use it to create what we desire?

Creating a flow of energy that was not previously in existence seems to lead us to a circular argument. If we need a flow of energy to make something happen that has never been seen or experienced, that is, to create, where do we find the flow of energy to create that flow of energy that does not exists. The answer is not as puzzling as it sounds. The answer lies in awareness.

Manipulating and transforming energy (Top)

To change or adjust any existing flow of energy and/or transform an existing form energy into another form of energy we must do what needs to be done to cause the change or transformation. We have no choice in the matter. We must do what needs to be done.

We may be awake and conscious of our existence and aware of the existence of energy. But without the awareness of what to do and how to do it, we can not make anything happen. We do not necessarily have to consciously know what needs to be done to do it. We must only do it. But what is it we need to do for the situation we face?

Humanity has learned to be conscious and aware of what needs to be done to transform some forms of energy. In that conscious awareness we have been changing the world. In knowing how to transform some forms energy, we access the ability to create.

However, humanity has been creating things even before we consciously learned how to control certain forms of energy. Within who and what we are is an inherent ability to be able to control and/or transform energy. But what is it within us that allows a human to control and/or transform energy to create. What is it that a human inherently does that allows us to bring into existence something not seen or previously experienced? What is inherently within a human that allows us to create? What is it within the human being that allows us to cause a flow of energy to make something happen or to cause an effect?

The first answer given by most will be our ability to think. Humans can think and in acting on our thoughts we can create that which is new and has never been experienced. However, although we have thoughts and can think thoughts, we do not necessarily have the energy and passion to act on the thoughts we have. Thought by itself is insufficient. Along with the thought must be an energy and a passion to act. So the ability to think is not sufficient.

The next answer given by most will probably be it is our desire. When we desire something we seek it. When we desire something we somehow create an energy within our being to go and find what we seek. Without conscious awareness of what we desire, we seek what we desire subconsciously or unconsciously. If we are aware of our desire and choose to seek it, we seek what we desire consciously. However, it is only when we consciously create a desire to we become a conscious creator. Otherwise, even if we are aware of our desires, we still are creating from a subconscious or unconscious motivation.

Awareness of a desire and the choice to seek, or not seek, fulfillment of that desire does not make us a conscious creator. If we do not know where that desire comes from and we did not choose do create the source of the desire, we are motivated by subconscious or unconscious programming.

Creating an internal flow of energy (Top)

In any case, our desire gives us the ability to access the energy to create. It is through our desire that we create a flow of energy that allows us to create. But were do our desires come from?

Desire appears to come from two sources. One is what we think and believe and the choices we make. An “I want” coupled with a sufficient passion accesses the energy to change the world. The more the “I” wants it, the more energy it can access.

The second source is when we just feel something without any logical or rational reason we feel driven to do something. The energy is seen to just push us or pull us. But in both these cases there is a feeling which provides the energy. The energy to create comes from feeling. The creative power of creation/Creation is feeling.

What is important here is to realize feeling will come from one or two sources. The feeling arises because of something we sense. We feel cold, we seek warmth. We feel sexual, we seek a mate. We feel sad, we seek something joyful and stimulating. We feel hunger, we seek food. Whatever we feel, we seek to satisfy that feeling. But, we can also create feelings by what we choose to think. It is here we have the possibility to become a conscious creator.

It needs to be realized there are feeling we have become we sense something with in our body or within our environment. But there are also feeling which we create as a result of how we have focused our attention and awareness. Few realized the fact that there is not a person on the face of the earth that we cannot love passionately at each and every level of our being. All that keeps us from feeling such a love is our mind and what we think and believe about ourselves and that person. Propaganda is based on causing us to generate feelings for or against something based on what we think and believe. So too advertising, we are catalyzed and energized to act because of what we are lend to think and believe. Similarly, there is not an aspect of creation we cannot choose to feel good abou - even pain. We can find a way to feel good about pain. As a minimum, pain provides a contrast to life and, if explored, pain provides a gift rarely seen and acknowledged.

The question is, what is it that we choose to think and believe and to do in life that will energize us to create something that serves us and helps us to create a life worth living. We can look to the world outside ourselves to motivate us, catalyze us and/or otherwise stimulate us to act. However, it all boils down to creating a feeling within ourselves that causes us to act.

What is interesting about accessing the energy within to energize our actions to create is that unless where is someone or some environment in which we are free to express ourselves true to the energy releases, our creative endeavors will be less than they can be. How much less is reflective in the environment we face. It is much like a seed which grow too far North to complete its growing cycle and come to maturity. It may grow but is unable to bear fruit simply because the conditions do not allow it.

The key to creation/Creation is to be able to couple the inner flow of energy with the environment and outer creative powers available within that environment. The energy for creation ultimate comes from within. No one can do for us what we need to do ourselves.

The energy of creation/Creation - coupling the inner and the outer (Top)

We are here in physical creation with a flow of energy within ourselves that animates our life. This flow was present before our mind as we know it came into existence. In the same way we can create the feelings to energize our acts in life, there is an awareness that chose to create out of a feeling that gave rise to our life. There also is an awareness that similarly chose out of feeling that caused Creation to come into existence. The question is now these two awareneesses related.

The Creation Story for the Creativity Perspective provides one way to see how what gave rise to Creation and what give rise to our life are related. You are free to choose this view or any other view. The only question that really needs to be answer is, “Does what motives you in life arise from the (1) feeling and flow of energy that you created as a conscious creator or (2) does it arise from something that resides inside you that is the result of subconscious programming you received early in life and you think success in life looks like or (3) does it arise as a result of the awareness that caused you to come into Creation?”

In exploring this question, what most probably find there is a dance within our life. It is a dance between what we want to obtain in life to “feel” good and be successful and then there is an inner longing where life itself seems to pull or push us. When we explore the question, “What makes us “feel” good?” Most will find there are things and experiences that make or allow us to “feel” good. But, then there are things or experiences in life that do not necessary make us “feel” good but they provides a lasting feeling of satisfaction.

It is the nature of our being for all of us seek what can be called a “warm fuzzy feeling” the essence of which is the feeling like the feeling a hungry infant would experience when it is held tightly against it mothers breast and receives both physical and emotional warmth, nourishment and support in the early months of life. What provides a lasting feeling of satisfaction is way of thinking and believing that allows us to act and be in the world such that the life we live we move toward this “warm fuzzy feeling” coming from within our own being. Exactly what that inner and out expression looks like is unique to each of us.

In the world of creativity, anything that is able to catalyze and/or energize us to create what we desire can be consider effective. The techniques which allow us to “feel” good in the process we characterize as being more effective. However, you are invited to consider, there are those things that both catalyze and/or energize us to create what we desire but they also gives a lasting feeling of satisfaction. It is in these later things and experiences that allows us to create a life worth living.

We have a free will and are free to create what we desire. The energy to create comes from with our being. We only need to focus our attention and awareness to create the feelings we need to catalyze our creative endeavors to access all the energy we need to create what we desire. It is recommend you look to see what best serves you and helps you to create a life worth living. Why create a life worth living is another issue and another topic.

In any case, what needs to be understood, it is how we focus our attention and awareness that causes an energy to flow to catalyze us to act in the world and how we focus our attention and awareness to couple what we do with the external world to create what we desire. Unless the flow of energy is free to flow within our own being into an expression that is free to unfold in the world we will be unable to create what we desire.
