The traditional view of three aspect of our being is discussed in the topic of "The triune self." The creativity perspective of these three aspects of the human being is discussed in the topic "The three aspects of a human being."

What needs to be understood is we each have three aspects to our being and we need to become intimately familiar with these three aspects of our being - our body and its environment, the enculturated mind and enculturated ego, and the transcendental mind and the transcendental ego. That is, we each have three unique aspects of which only we can explore. What is probably not clear that it is our responsibility to learn how to address the true needs of these three aspects and bring them back into a wholeness. No one can do that for us.

If we neglect any one aspect or fail to develop our unique understanding of each aspect our whole being will suffer. In particular, there will be experiences that are presented to us as part of our reason for incarnating that we will be unable to play and handle. All three aspects are really all one. They are all a form of energy. They permeate each other each causing ripples in the other. But they need to be worked and mastered separately to fully understand the cross over effects. We well need to spend some time working and learning how to use each

One is the need to become intimately familiar with our body and it unique way of feeling and expressing itself in the environment in which we find ourselves. Additionally, our body acts as an antenna. If we are not aware of what we feel, we will be unable become aware of what we sense that gives rise to our feelings and many nonconscious urges and desires that drive our life.

The second is the uniqueness of our current mind and the experiences we have had in this life which gives rise to our enculturated mind and our enculturated ego. If we do not explore how and why we think and believe what we do, we will never become a conscious creator. One may feel there is no need to become a conscious creator. But, if we don’t we will simply become a victim of circumstances or of our past programming. The easiest way to get past the enculturated mind and ego is to learn to become a detached witness and to see our life simply as an observer. Then pull the string on the question, "Why do we have the experiences we do as opposed to any other?" In doing so, we will begin to see how much we have been influences by the programming and experiences of our life that do not really allow us to live and align with the truth of our being.

The third is the uniqueness of our experiences which give rise to our transcendental mind and the transcendental ego. It is our transcendental mind which and its ego which gave rise to the intention for our life and our reason for incarnating. Addition it can provide influences in our current life when we face situations which remind us of the past. For most, the transcendental mind seems to have little influence in our current life other than having giving risen to the intention for our life. However, if we are going to access the depth and breadth of our creativity, we will need to do a little exploring of the transcendental mind if only to align for the intention for this life to achieve what we incarnated to do.

If we can learn to become a detached witness relative to our current life and current mind to see the enculturated mind for what it is, we can then move past many of the experiences in our transcendental mind by realizing the following. We simply need to realize any point of consciousness is only aware of itself. That is, "I am" or "I exist" sees itself as separate from the rest of Creation. The "I" is the recognition of the self whether it is perceived as the Self or the self. In doing so, the awareness of "I" gives rise to that which is "not I" and duality and sees itself separate from Creation and all that it experiences. This includes creating the traditional concept of God where God stands apart from Creation. Yet, this kind of view of God is not a Cosmic Consciousness for it stands apart from Creation. It is only another view from the "I" perspective which allows us to move toward that Cosmic Consciousness. Only when we can experience living from beyond the "I" in any form can we come to see what Creation looks like from beyond duality. When we experience Creation apart from the "I," we experience the beginning of Cosmic consciousness and how it is possible we are the creator experience its creation. The only question then is "How far can you see, or rather, of how much are you aware?" Ultimately it is to see that we are only an aspect of the consciousness within, or behind, Creation experiencing its Creation.

What is important here is that when we can see that we are a creator experiencing its creation all that we experience no long binds us as it did before the awareness. We can see that the three aspects of our self are only the way that we create the experience we have and we are free to change those experience whenever and however we wish.
