The question that can be asked is, "What exactly is proper and effective nourishment for the creative spirit and what does it look like?"

The answer to the first part of this question, ""What exactly is proper and effective nourishment for the creative spirit?" is to give the creative spirit what it needs and not what mind wants to give it. What the creative spirit needs is three things. They are listed here in sequences of generally easiest to hardest to obtain realizing meeting these three things is usually and iterative process. That is, all three are done in some way and then we go back and do them again at a deeper level continually repeating the process as the creative spirit grows and unfolds. One is to be given the space within the individual to grow and unfold true to itself. The second is to be given the space externally to grow and unfold into the world. The third thing is to have it true needs nourished.

The space within the individual to grow and unfold true to itself: The creative spirit lies within each individual. It is ultimately the individual’s responsibility to access the creative spirit, become intimate with the creative spirit, learns its desires and its reason for incarnating and to learn its true needs to nourish it in the way it needs to be nourished. Others can give us the space and opportunity but it is our individual responsibility to develop the creative spirit. To learn to do these things is not something which occur quickly. It takes time, energy and focus and is an iterative process. We will need to give ourselves permission to allow this creative spirit to grow and unfold. We will need to do our own experiments to learn what is of mind and what is of the heart. The recommendation to start this process is to calibrate the internal compass and learn to follow the feeling which provides a fullness of being. Explore life and learn to follow that activity that provide for the continued expansion of the fullness of being.

The space externally to grow and unfold into the world. Ideally, we will find someone who gives us the safe and secure external space for our creative spirit to grow and unfold. However, more often then not, that is not the case. Rather, we will have to create that space ourselves. After we get in touch with our creative spirit, we will need to figure out what we need to do in the world to see what gives us the feeling of the fullness of being. Initially this effort will simply being doing in the external world what we think we need to do. However, in time, we will find much of what we thought would give us the desired inner satisfaction does not and we will need to go and do something else. In time our efforts will become more and more refined. We may find what we need to do does not exist in the external world and we will need to create it. The deeper we get in touch with our creative spirit and understand it true needs, the more accurate we can understand what we need to create in the external world to nurture that creative spirit.

To have it true needs nourished: Meeting the true needs of our creative spirit is to give the necessary nourishment and what the creation needs and not what we want to give it or think we should give it. We know the nourishment is proper and effective for it is reflected in the grown and unfoldment of the creative spirit. We feel its expansion and unfoldment within our being. There is an inner satisfaction about life, an inner calmness, and fullness of being and a fullness of life and willingness to engage life. Exactly what we need to give our creative spirit is unique to us. There are similarities between individuals, but our needs are unique. It will take time and experimentation to learn our true needs. Although we can look to see what the needs of a creative spirit looks like from the lessons learned from others, we will still need to see what is effective in our life to know what we need to do to meet the true needs of our creative spirit. In many ways the Releasing Your Unlimited Creativity  understanding and material speaks to the generic needs of the creative spirit. However, each will need to eat and digest what is provided taking what is effective in their life and continue to do their own experiments to see what their creative spirit needs.. Here again, it is an iterative process that takes time.
