A particular understanding that "the organization we experience is a desired experience" flows out form the profound impact of the equivalency of energy and consciousness. The "physics" or the rational explanation as to how this is possible is discussed in the topic "Origins of creation/Creation." The summary results are that the world we see in front of us, as are the individual or individuals with that world, are simply providing us the opportunity to have the experience that we, ourselves, have desired and choose to have. What we see in front of us is only the occasion and the stage for what we desire to experience. As the creator of what we experience, we literally call to us the experiences we desire to have, including the organizations in which we become involved.

Now the question is whether or not we get out of mind and what we think and believe about what we are experiencing to have the experience we desired to have. That is, we need to surrender to the experience rather than acting to change it because we do not like it. We each have a free will and can choose how we will respond to any situation. However, unless we go within and learn to understand why we have created the experience we are having and change it at its root, we will be doing two things. One is you will be suppressing a flow of energy that is resulting from an intention we hold at some level of our being causing that flow of energy to manifest as some later time in our life. The other is that we will be scattering and fragmenting our creative power. That is, because we hold an intention that directs our energy in a given direction and we don’t change that intention any further intention we hold, like choosing to respond to the experience we have as opposed to surrendering to it, is further divides our creative life energy between two intentions as opposed to one.

All of us already hold multiple intentions for our life and the multiple intentions fragment and scatter our creative power. The more intentions we add without manifesting the intentions we hold, the great we scatter and fragment our creative power. From a creativity perspective, the goal would be to make one’s life a single point meditation or a single point focus. The more one can move into that single point focus, the great we can concentration our creative power. The issue we face is that for whatever stands before us has one of three options. One is whether or not we surrender to the experience and allows the intention to be fulfilled to regain our creative power. A second is to go to the root of the source and change the intention which will also help us regain our creative power. The third is to chose to respond in a way other than what is being presented and further scatter and fragment our energy.

Whether or not the experience we are having serves us cannot be determined by whether or not we judge the experience good or bad, pleasurable or painful. Rather we need to look to what we are feeling. Is what we are experiencing: allowing us or causing us to expand and grow beyond ourselves and moving towards accessing the depth and breath of our full being to embraces the truth of our being and experience life more fully; or does it cause the us to simply swim and stay float neither moving forward or backward, up or down. Or, do we find ourselves shrinking and collapsing somehow being forced to become less that what we are and/or our life is being taken away from us such that the life within our being seems to be drowning or suffocating? If we are becoming less than we are, we need to choose to move in a way that allows to expand and feel alive with life. If what we are experience is neither moving us forward or backward, up or down, we should choose to experience something that better serves us. If we are expanding, and whether or not we just the experience painful or pleasurable, we should surrender to the experience and allow it to carry us where it may.

From an organizational perspective, we each create the organization we think we need to experience based on what we believe. We can create other ways of being and working together but what we are experiencing is the way we have choose to experience it for one reason or another. Nothing is sacred about any organizational structure and nothing is sacred about the experience we have that meets the intention we hold. The environment does have a great influence in how we will experience what we do, but nothing is sacred or fixed about the way we experience it. So, when faced with the organization the question we will faces is whether or not the organization as an entity is giving us the experience we desired to have and/or whether the intention and mission of the organization is allows us to have the experience we desire.

For example, the organization as an entity gives us the experience we desire when we hold an intention to be a manager and be in charge of people because that is what we think success looks like. So, we need to become a manager to be successful. We can have this experience in almost any organization. As long as we have an organizational entity at our disposal, we can have the management experience we desire. However, if we desire to do humanitarian work, then only certain organization with certain specific missions and goals will fill this needs. If we add the humanitarian work is to be with children, even less organization are not open to fulfill the need. Of course, one could always create an organization whether it be to experience being a manager or do humanitarian work with children. One does not have to use an existing organization. An existing organization only makes our creative effort easier. But then we have to go along with the collective consciousness that created the organization. The collective experience may or may not be what we desire and it may or may not serve us.

Now it is also possible that the intention for our life has brought us to a very specific organization because it is represents the group of people that will give us the experiences we need to have to fulfill the intention for our life. It is almost as though we were destined to be part of the organization for what is, or what it does, meets our deepest needs. In this case the organizational intention, what the organization does, how it functions and what position we hold in the organization may or may not be important. What is important is that it is the vehicle that the deepest parts of our being are using to give us the experiences we desired to have.

What is essential to understand, whatever it is we experience in the organization or because of the organization, it is import understand we have created the experience. What we do with the experience we have is not any different than any other experience we have. We can surrender to it, change it or get to the root cause of the experience. In any case, from an organizational perspective it become quite interesting because most probably there is a mix of individual in the organization. Some are their because the intention for their life has brought them there. Others are there because they think the organization will give them what they think they want in life. Others are there because the organization will give them an experience they have choose to have because of the enculturation they have gained in life. But in all cases, everyone is in that organization because there is a conscious or nonconscious intention that the individual carries that brought them there. To deal with this situation one will need to works towards surfacing the controlling intentions and looking at their alignment with the intention of the organization. Of course it can be expected that many individual intentions will not align with the organization’s intention. The question will then become is there some need to realign the individual intention, the organization’s intention or both.

Now what is important to realize is whether the individual is faced with a consciously or nonconsciously fulfilling the intention for their life the experience or dealing with the intention for their life and the power of a clear intention which causes them to reevaluate their life is probably the experience they desired to have a some level of their being and the organization is the occasion for that experience. Although an individual may decide leave the organization when they discover the reason why the are in the organization is because of deep seated enculturated programming that does not reflect what they really want to do with their life, the individual and the organization will ultimately be better of and each will be able to access a greater creative power. It needs to be understood the intention for our life arises because both we and Physical Creation each had a desire to be fulfilled. Out desire was initially fulfilled by incarnating and the desire of physical Creation was fulfilled by having us incarnate. The remained of each of these desires are fulfilled in what we do in life. Often we are in situations that serve our desires, the desires of Physical Creation or both.

In any case, as the individual regains control over their life by consciously choosing what they intend to do with their life the organization regains a sense of control in that is it not encumbered by an individual who really doesn’t want to be in the organization. Each finds a greater degree of freedom and each is now capable of becoming more creative that previously possible. Each will ultimately be a winner. This effect is only multiplied as each individual moves closer and closer to the truth of their own being. The organization gains greater and greater creative ability and potential as more and more individuals understand they really want to be in the organization because it is helping them fulfill some of their greatest and deepest needs.
